Every piece is produced, inspected, and documented by the artist’s studio in New York City, preserving its provenance and integrity.

What editions do you offer?
Studio Editions — Edition of 100 per size. Archival matte paper, signed and numbered.
Gallery Editions — 15 + 2 Artist Proofs per size. Archival pigment prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag. Signed, numbered, COA included.
Collector’s Editions — 5 + 1 Artist Proof per size. Silver metallic canvas. Signed, numbered, COA included.
When an edition sells out, it is permanently closed in that material/size.

How do I purchase?
Checkout on product pages. Collector’s and framed/custom orders are confirmed by the studio to align shipping, any framing needed, and delivery.

Can I see a work in my space?
Yes—complimentary digital mockups are available. Email k@katerinachristina.com a wall photo, dimensions, and desired framing.

Do prices increase as editions sell?
Yes. Prices step up at key sell-through points to reflect scarcity. The site reflects current tier pricing.

What is an Artist Proof (AP)?
APs are outside the numbered edition for the artist’s archive, exhibitions, or special placements; if released, they price above the final edition tier.

Papers & canvas
Hahnemühle Photo Rag (Gallery): soft matte surface, subtle texture, rich tonal depth.
Silver metallic canvas (Collector’s): luminous surface with sculptural highlights and deep blacks.
Archival matte paper (Studio): smooth matte stock for smaller formats.

Signatures & COA
Gallery and Collector’s works are hand-signed and numbered; a Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each. Studio Editions are signed and numbered.

Custom sizes
Considered case-by-case depending on file integrity and edition availability. Please inquire.

Framing & Display

Do works arrive framed?
Paper prints (Studio & Gallery) ship unframed. Collector’s canvas ships unstretched (rolled). Framed or stretched delivery can be arranged by quote.

Recommendations
Paper: archival backing, museum-grade glass. Framing recommendations available upon request
Canvas: float frame in black or white.

Lighting
Use indirect light or LED gallery lighting; avoid prolonged direct sun and fluorescent bulbs.

Shipping & Handling

Studio & Gallery (paper) shipping
Ship rolled in archival tubes via insured courier. Small Studio prints may be shipped in rigid, flat envelopes (for prints too small to be rolled). Typical dispatch: 1-2 weeks from order; transit varies by region.

Collector’s (canvas) shipping
Ship unstretched, rolled in archival tubes with mirrored borders for stretching. Includes COA. This is standard fine-art practice to minimize risk and cost. Typical dispatch: 2-3 weeks from order; transit varies by region.

Framed / stretched delivery
Available by white-glove quote (insured freight) on request.

Costs
Paper (rolled): flat-rate; calculated at checkout based on ship-to location.
Canvas (rolled): flat-rate; calculated at checkout based on ship-to location.

International shipping & duties
Worldwide shipping with full insurance. Duties/VAT are the collector’s responsibility; works are declared as fine art at full value.

Own shipper?
Yes—coordination with your preferred art logistics provider is welcome.

Care & Installation

Handling
Keep works in original packaging until with a professional framer. Handle with cotton gloves; avoid touching the image surface.

Canvas care
Provide your framer with the packaged work; avoid heat/moisture during stretching and use archival materials.

Environment
Stable temperature/humidity; dust frames with a dry microfiber cloth; avoid cleaners on glazing or print surfaces.

Returns, Insurance & Documentation

Returns
All sales are final given the limited edition nature of each collection. If damaged or incorrect, email k@katerinachristina.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for prompt resolution.

Insurance
Insurance covers loss, theft, or physical damage during transport only. Damage from improper unrolling, framing, or handling after delivery is not covered.

Provenance
The studio maintains an internal ledger of all editions, APs, and placements for provenance and future reference.
